My name is Kevon Newman, owner of Newman’s Handywork LLC. My experience in maintenance, repair, and property improvement spans over two decades and is built on hands-on work across multiple industries and states.

I began my career in the early 2000s working with major automotive service companies, where I developed strong troubleshooting and efficiency skills, as well as a commitment to customer service. In 2010, I transitioned into property management with Cirrus Asset Management in California, supporting large residential communities and eventually overseeing maintenance and upkeep for multiple properties. This experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to keep homes and buildings running smoothly.

Recognized for reliability and strong work ethic, I was advanced into maintenance technician and assistant maintenance technician roles which expanded my skill set to include residential and commercial maintenance, HVAC (Universal License), pool operations, and general repairs. After years of building experience across several states, I returned home to Maryland to pursue a long-held goal of owning my own business.

Newman’s Handywork LLC was founded in 2021 with the mission of providing dependable, high-quality handyman and general contracting services to the local community.
