The tasks that we perform, but not limited to:

• Full and partial painting of unit interior

• Flooring replacement

• Appliance installs such as refrigerator, gas/electric stove, over-the-counter microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher

• Toilet replacement

• All faucet replacements

• Doorknob replacement

• Carpet removal and replacement

• Apartment trash out (Items left behind by previous, or deceased tenant.)

• Backsplash installation(s)

All materials are to be purchased by commercial clients.
